Rei stared at her reflection in the water. She had left Amegakure a while ago because Ryouke had sent her on a mission to help some of Amegakure's shinobi. They had sent out some shinobi on a mission last week, and they were supposed to be back 3 days ago. They sent out a search team, but they came back with nothing. So the Akatsuki, being the strongest organization in Amegakure, was asked if they could send a couple of shinobi to look for them (And of course, being that the organization only had two members, Ryouke sent her).
Her hair, Rei realized, was much longer (It had been five months since she joined Akatsuki, after all).
'Maybe I should get a haircut?' Rei thought, twirling a strand around her finger.
Sighing, she turned around and walked back to her campsite. She had a bad headache, she had one since before she left for her mission. Thinking it would pass, Rei hadn't put to much thought into it, and now she was regreting it. Laying down on her blanket, Rei couldn't help but wonder if anyone in Yukigakure missed her. Sighing again, Rei rolled onto her side and drifted off to sleep.
